What information do we collect about you?

Information is collected from you when you register with ejmenswear.com, order goods from us, sign up to receive updates or when participating in any online marketing competitions or surveys. We do not store card details of any users for security reasons, and card payments are currently processed by Realex Payments. We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with ejmenswear.com. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our sites, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

EJ Menswear, from time to time, would like to contact you with product offers and promotions which may be of interest to you. If you have signed up or consented to this, we will contact you via email. If you no longer wish to receive these offers, you can unsubscribe at any time via our website.

Facebook: From time to time, we collect user information through Facebook. The information collected is in the form of names, emails and mobile phone numbers. By signing up for our forms on Facebook, you are giving consent to receive occasional marketing material such as news, offers or updates on EJ menswear or ejmenswear.com.  If you no longer wish to receive updates, you can unsubscribe.

Mobile: If you have consented, we use your mobile phone number to occasionally contact you about offers, news or promotions. We currently store your mobile phone information with SendMode. At any time, you can Opt out of receiving texts from us. If you wish to see the information we hold with SendMode on you, please contact us.

In-Store: If you signed up in-store, you could unsubscribe online.


Access to your information & correction

We want to make sure that the information we hold about you is up-to-date & correct at all times. If you would like to receive a copy of all, or some, of the information that we hold about you, you have the right to do so. You can request this from us via email or in writing. Please allow 7-10 working days for this information to be processed. You may also ask us to remove or amend any information that we hold about you that you think is inaccurate. You can do this via email, telephone or in writing.
