Returns Policy

EJs Little Sister is happy for you to return any item you purchase from our site within 14 calendar days of receiving it. During this period, you can return the item for any reason. If you return any item because of change of mind you will have to pay the cost of returning it. There will be no charge for returning an item that is faulty. All items however will be checked before shipping to ensure they are as described and are free from damage or faults. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

Exceptions: In the interest of health & safety we cannot accept returns of:

Underwear once the original sealed packaging and tags have been opened or removed.

Fragrance cannot be returned once original sealed packaging/tags have been removed.

Hats unless tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged unless faulty.


To make your exchange process as smooth as possible and to avoid your desired item being sold out, we advise placing a new order if you want a different colour or size. You can then return the original item(s) and receive a refund.

How can I return items?

If you have purchased from our online site, you can make a return in – store or via An Post.

Returning items in –store

You can return any item you purchased in –store immediately provided you have your dispatch note and goods for return are in a resalable condition, unopened with tags and undamaged. Our store assistants will refund your original payment card or help you find an alternative. Refunds to cards can take 3 -5 working days to process and are the responsibility of your card provider. If you do not have your original payment with you and still wish to make a return, an EJs Little Sister gift voucher will be offered to you.

Returning with An Post

If you wish to return your order, we recommend doing so by purchasing a label on An Post’s click&post service. This service costs €4.95 & is payable by card directly with An Post. With this option you can chose to have your item collected or drop it to you nearest post office.

Here is a step-by-step guide for you:

Click on book a return, Select EJs Little Sister as the retailer followed by the reason for your return and your order number.

You can choose if you wish to drop your parcel off at your local An Post office or if you would like them to collect it from you. Whichever suits you best!

Please enter your details and click the box if you agree to An Post’s terms and conditions.

Click “Confirm Drop Off/Collection” to be directed to a secure page where you can enter your payment details.

Once you have filled out the necessary information online, you will be provided with a unique code.  You can then take this to your nearest post office to get the label printed and post your return.

If you have booked a return for collection, you do not have to print the label as An Post’s driver will supply it.

Delivery and Tracking order info

Orders placed in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day. Deliveries can take sometimes up to 2 days within Ireland. Orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday morning, excluding bank holidays, for delivery on a Tuesday.

All deliveries will be sent by An Post postal services. An Post use track and trace postal methods. Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your order, you can then track you order on using the tracking Number provided.
